  1. How can I find the roughness data and thermal conductivity for API X52

How can I find the roughness data and thermal conductivity for API X52?
Are there some typical data or these data can be found in standards?
Which standards have such kind of information or I can only get these data form the pipe manufacturer?

    - For Thermal Conductivity (TC): see ASME code Section II, Part D, Subpart 2 “Physical Properties Tables", Table TCD.
    - For pipe wall roughness, the material of API X52 can be applied under the title "Commercial steel or wrought iron" as located in the following table which extracted from handbook "Cameron Hydraulic Data" by "Ingersoll-Land". So, you can use absolute roughness as 0.00015 ft, and relative roughness = absolute roughness/D.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------
Type of Pipe (New, Clean, Condition)..............Absolute Roughness*, ft
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------
    . Drawn tubing-glass, brass, plastic ..................... 0.000005
. Commercial steel or wrought iron.........................0.00015
. Cast iron -asphalt dipped ..................................0.0004
    . Galvanized iron.............................................. ..0.0005
    . Cast iron -uncoated.......................................... 0.00085
    . Wood stave............................................. .......0.0006-0.0003
    . Concrete.......................................... ..............0.001-0.01
    . Riveted steel............................................. ......0.003-0.03

All prescribed data were extracted from book "Cameron Hydraulic Data" issued by INGERSOLL RAND (Woodcliff Lake, N.J. 07675). It is a handy reference on the subject of hydraulics, and steam, Edited b C. R. Westaway and A. W. Loomis (16th Edition 3rd Printing)
