Need help on Casing design for geothermal well & Thermal oil recovery well

Dear Friends I need your kind help and Guidance in the field of casing design for Geothermal and thermal Oil recovery well.
I want to know about:
1. load consideration for design of casing
2. Calculation of temperature profile ant Bottom hole and at surface
3. material selection and heat treatment process for OCTG
4. Design factors for different loads such as Collapse, Burst, tension, compression, Biaxial and triaxial.
5. centralization and cementing procedures and considerations for the well type mentioned.

I am by far not a specialict on this area but I do not see why the casing for those wells should be different from other wells. Normal API casing can withstand these temperatures with ease and the temperatures are not such that can affect the load during running and cementing. The cement yes, it should be different from other wells. It should be thermal cement.
