    Useful books on Quality Control

    Hello.
    I'm beginner in QC, so, recommend (and upload, if possible) some useful books.
    I need book for QC processing on power plant that under construction (pipes, tanks, valves, even constructions).
    I just started to explore this field, but web gives me books aimed on manufacturer, not customer
    (I mean I need some hanbook where described process of "final product" control, not technological process.
