The UNCONVERGEG Error in Simulation by using Hysy, Please Advise !

    Dear guys !

I was doing the simulation of gas processing. However, i had a trouble at Contactor column. When i change n ( 1 to 20) , there is always a error : "Unconverged".

If anyone know this problem please advise me how to overcome this.
Please refer the attachment for more details.

    Thanks and best regards,
    Banana.

  2. Dear Banana,

TEG feed may be failed and the No. of plates is too high.
Trying again with TEG contain 5% of water (liquid volume) and decrease the number of theoretical stages to 2 -->converged!

    goodluck
