Red hat linux ws 4u5 vs windows 7

I am trying to install Red Hat WS linux 4u5 in my system Windows 7 64-bit in order to have a dual boot. Please help me to do the right instalation.

Dear all;

I have geoframe 4.4 on my machine which I run by VmWare, It was ok until 31Jan2011 when the license has expired.
Any one can help to extend it or any possible solution please.
