Ijaz, how much is the volume of your file? If less than 10MB you may be able to email iy. otherwise you may try ifile or 4shared.

If the size of PDF is large, you may save this PDF as several PDF's using save as function in PDF & saving some Pages so that size of each file is manageable for email. Ohterwise you may use Ifile.it (
