    PDMS 12 needed

    I would like to download PDMS 12, but i cant download from Rapidshare or Megaupload.
    So can anyone provide a link as a ******* or any other sharing website

    i have download pdms 12.4 without lincesne file also i do not know how to install it and enter license file. pleas help
