Arc Flash Hazard Assessment new 2018 Standards

Please somebody could share with me the new NFPA70E-2018 and IEEE1584-2018 Arc Flash Hazard Assessment new 2018 standards. I´m doing an Arc Flash study for my electrical engineering degree and this year all regulation changes. A copy of this new normative costs US-1300 dollars and I don´t have this money. The local public University said I must get this normative as a thing that is necessary for the achievement of the degree.

As a contribution to this foro I will share with you an info about IEEE-1584 2018´s changes, the new Arc Flash Hazard Assessment standard. All of them are free and you can find it in the web. They talk only about the changes, they aren´t the stantards.
