The next edition of the SFPE Handbook isn't going to be published unit this Fall sometime. When I checked, it is going to be published in PDF format, unlike the 4th edition. I'm a member of SFPE and Intend to purchase a copy. Assuming there isn't a locks that can't be broken, I'll share.

Every lock could be unlocked.

I'm familiar with unlocking the files that are password protected, however some people require you to download some other application in order to open and/or read the PDF. I've never been able to fine a work around for this. If you know of something, I'd be interested to learn more about it.

Just tell when you have some related problem than will see who could solve.
