Program generates HarwareID. Then we need to send this HWID to get the lic.dat.
without lic.dat, it is not full.

-Run "1-GetHWID.exe" and then select "Get Hardware ID" and then copy and send Hardware ID to your software provider for receiving license file .

the program is packed by Themida/WinLicense, which allows create hardware locked licenses.
the missing file is therefore the one generated by the packer which integrates the HWID option.

maybe a self coded program that generates....

Job is not as easy as it sounds, as a starting point you need to at least have an original license even if it won't work due to the HWID.

Do you have the installation file for ETAP 24.03? I only need the installation file.
