Try to run the ****** "as administrator" .... run again softkey windows in order to have another SITE CODE.

You are a life saver, I have an older version of PTW and received a file from a large building to do an addition but on 7.0, I followed your steps and now it works fine!

I tried to install it on 3 PCs, one with windows 8.1 X64 and did not work because it did not recognize the key, another with windows 8 X64 and gave me an error 16 and one with windows 7 x32 and installed correctly.

Ok great. But actually its work with Windows 8.1 64 Bits :) Try again
