You can make simple prediction based on analytical model received from well test directly. To estimate fast reserves you can use method described on my web page. Of course, it is not comparable with full-scale reservoir model, but it helps to make some early decisions.
The pressure history during well test (if it long enough) is also good indicator of reservoir drive mechanism.
