Sorry* I found this link [url]http://publishing.energyinst.org/__data/assets/file/0013/51403/Pages-from-MCSP-Pt.-19.pdf[/url] and rushed to post it. Then I downloaded and reviewed it. It has only the first page. I should have noticed it was very easy!
