Gufaults 1.11

The program calculates* in accordance with the recommendations of GOST 25514-87 "Short circuits in electrical Measurement Methods in excess of 1 kV AC electrical voltage.":
- effective value and the initial phase of the periodic component of the current of symmetrical and asymmetric short-circuit at a given time the faulty phase at the point of short circuit and all elements of the bipolar design scheme;
- the value of DC component and the surge current at short circuit and all of bipolar elements ras¬chetnoy circuit;
- effective value and the initial phase symmetric sostav¬lyayuschih voltages in all nodes of the calculation scheme;
- the initial and final temperature of the three-phase cables when short circuits in accordance with circular Department of Science and Technology RAO "EEC Russia" C-02-98 (E) of 16.03.1998.
