During my work I collected the IEEE standards. But some of them I couldn't find. I have a proposal to exchange by the standards. If you have standards which are absent in my collection I can send you standard you need. Below the file with the list of IEEE standards. Remarks:green - IEEE std, yellow - ANSI/IEEE std, blue - ANSI std. The standard which aren't marked are absent in my collection.
