IP (Institute of Petroleum), now Energy Institute (EI)
There doesn't seem to be anyone with access to IP (Institute of Petroleum), now Energy Institute (EI) publications based on the lack of response to a previous post (Institute of Petroleum - Documents).
If I'm wrong, It would be nice to get what ever is out there. I'm currently looking for "IP-19 - Fire precautions at petroleum refineries and bulk storage installations"
The IP/EI Publications Catalog 2015 can be downloaded from the EI web site (IP - EI Publications Catalog 2016).
Also...I'm a little confused. The IHS Website has IP (Institute of Petroleum) section, but IP-19 is titled "Methods of test for petroleum and its products Part 19: Determination of demulsibility characteristics of lubricating oil" with is a British Standard "BS 2000-19" with a current edition of 2011. I don't see any "Energy Institute" section. If I search for "Fire precautions at petroleum refineries and bulk storage installations", I don't come up with anything either.
What am I missing here?
