I agree with you about "training and software as well!!! "
you don't need a lot of documentation to use plscadd i think the manual provided is sufficient but what you need to learn is the fundamentals of the overhead power line design and calculation

The PLS CADD Manual really sucks...... Is better learn from video tutorials!
