The next edition of the SFPE Handbook isn't going to be published unit this Fall sometime. When I checked, it is going to be published in PDF format, unlike the 4th edition. I'm a member of SFPE and Intend to purchase a copy. Assuming there isn't a locks that can't be broken, I'll share.

Every lock could be unlocked.
