as an new engınneer ı need your advices

Firstly ı really thnk to everybody who shows some ways for the ohters problems..

ı am nearly 1 month productıon engıneer, and really lıke this job...ı want to gaın experıences as much as ı can do ,ın short tımes.. of course ı know ıt ıs impossıble and ı need tıme,but ı want to shorten ıt..ı mean ı need to fınd the rıgth way to start. when ı wanna learn somethıng ı really lost myself and fınd me somewhere...ı nearly downloaded most of the books ,or fınd some of my frıends...but ı coulnt start.


for the begınnıng what ı must ı do ,where should ı start ,what wıll be your advıce ?

Maybe you're giving too little data to provide you with any kind of advice. What I mean is that the subject is so large...

Where do you work? field or office? in what kind of asset are you involved? what are your assigned tasks? what's your background? preferences (production optimization, surface operations, well completions...)???
