How to estimate Heat Loss from Storage Tanks or Process Vessels

I found an interesting article from Chemical Engineering Magazine - March 1982 by Kumana and Kothari, which was useful in the estimation of the heat duty necessary to compensate heat loss to the environment from a process vessel.
