O2 analyzers for combustion process

All,

is there any type of Oxygen analyzer which satisfies this application
1) suits for combustion process (Temp 1000 - 1300deg C)?
2) has Ex certificate for both probes and transmitters?
3) has SIL2 or better SIL3 certificate?
