Api rp 2003 : 2008

I'm a new member in this Forum.

I'm working for a petrol stocking company placed in Spain and we're trying to install a lightning rod in our Terminal.

Could someone help me to find API RP 2003 : 2008 and download it to follow the instructions and install it correctly please?
