Ask for help! Optimize well placement using Genetic Algorithm

Hi Pros,
I'm doing my disertation. The main problem study in my disertation is the application of Continuous Genetic Algorithm for optimum well placement. Difficults that how to write the input file for Eclipse by Matlab. [COLOR="#FF0000"]The Matlab program will be convert a well trajectory in text file (x,y,z coordinate) to include files that could be read by Eclipse (i,j,k)[/COLOR]. I've read a thesis "Improving Genetic Algorithms for optimum well placement" by Mohammab Moravvej Farshi (2008), Stanford University([url]https://pangea.stanford.edu/ERE/pdf/pereports/MS/Moravvej08.pdf[/url]). It has solved my problem but not show detail. The detail matlab code contents on appendix CD. Anyone studies at Stanford University can help me borrow the one and upload to 4shared.com ;) or Any Pro can show me the matlab function to convert trajectory.
