ask cooling tower

hello everyone, i wanna ask something about cooling tower,

in my current job, i want do design a cooling tower, but i have several question..

1. what is the correlation of ambient wet-bulb temperature with the air temperature?

2. for simulating the cooling tower in hysys, what is the equipment that we use? HE or air coller, or any kind of tower?

did anyone can help me,thanks before..

I think you can design the cooling tower as an absorber in the hysys.

I have a question regarding the cooling tower and the air cooler.
What is the maximum allowable air outlet temperature in the cooling tower and the air cooler?
And How can I run cost analysis to compare between the cooling tower and the air cooler performance?
