I'm planning to conduct SIL Determination for some Safety instrument Function (SIF) of our project by using [I]Risk Graph and LOPA[/I] (Layer of Protection Analysis) methods.
If there anyone who has example of MS Excel calculation sheets for those methods, please help to share it in this forum.
