You can download files without having an account in Facebook. Click on the link provided in post #1 and once you leave egpet, you will see a secure page of Facebook. You should be able to read the phrase "Now for those working in Oil & Gas or related projects you can get API standards library here which is continuously updated" and below it you will find a link to MediaFire.
