Petroleum system analysis

I wish if some one can help me with petroleum system analysis and modelling for my master research , i am only geophysicist and i have no idea about basin modelling and petroleum system , so i need some thing summarized and easy or basic ... but full steps .
there are some questions i want to answer:
1- how to know the basin history
2- how to know the maturity and volume of expelled oil
3- how to know the expulsion time and the relation with structure time
4- how to know and to model the migration pathways , vertical and lateral migration (VERY IMPORTANT)

Try to focus on petroleum geology books e.g. The Petroleum System: From Source to Trap (AAPG Memoir No. 60) or others. Basin analysis (e.g. Allen&Allen, Miall) manuals may also help you with this issue.
