What training courses are really wanted in the industry?

I would like to know what training courses are really required by the industry or by an individual.
Also, what skills or experience are needed by individuals in order to get a good job with a well-known firm.
Are there many companies in Egypt looking for people?

First of all is: IWCF
but all companies give their drilling supervisors the opportunities to obtain this license.

Thank you for this information. Is it just drilling supervisors that have the IWCF training?
The H2S training does this have a particular certification or accreditation from a body?
Or could it be like NEBOSH training?

Do companies in MENA like to have the training delivered in Arabic or English?
And do the individuals receive training manuals in Arabic or English?

Depends where are you going to work and your position, but basically : Well control course (either IADC or IWCF land/sub sea), H2S trainning, first aid trainning, BOSIET (for offshore ops), Work at Heights course.

Other than those courses is a plus for your CV and knowledge.
