Three-Phase Separator with heavy liquid boot
Hi everybody, I'm designing a three-phase separator with heavy liquid boot, the the design is based on the article of Monnery and William (Chemical Engineering Progress, 1994), but I have a problem, I don't know how estimate the height of heavy liquid in boot. Can anyone help me please?
Thanks,
Ivette
Re: Three-Phase Separator with heavy liquid boot
Hi civetteae,
Normally, resisdence time should be greater than 1 minute between LZALL-LAL, LZH-LZAHH,
Bottom line to LZALL and LAL to LAH is approximative 3 minute You can use DEP/PTS 31.22.05.11 and DEP/PTS 31.22.05.12
Sincerely,
