Are you 100% sure? Cuz it seems that ur link is just for an ASME Code, not for the PIP standard Im after ....
Note I require [b]PIP VESV1002[/b]: Vessel Fabrication Specification ASME Code Section VIII, not just some ASME VIII Code

I'm 67.4% sure that it's not what you're looking for (the 2012 Edition probably) :) , but maybe it helps the 1998 Edition:
