Whenever I open the any office file, a second file with the same name is formed in the same folder with name starting from $ . As shown in the picture

this temporary file and it will be deleted when you close the office file ,
but it start appearing a few days ago,

Dont worry, its just standard way of opening word file.
Well that's a temporary file that gets created as a backup. That file would be disappearing as soon as you are going to be saving your work and closing the application of MS Office...
That are temporary files create when our system have excess temporary files and we didn't remove them like we delete %temp% but we doesn't remove temp both are differ from each other.

But when you go for and view the hidden items, you can see that these temporary file are still in the folder whether you have deleted the original source of the file. Why is that so..... ?
