Unfortunately I cannot locate it! :( Guthrie's Book was the First Book that revolutionized costing for Chemcial/Petrochemical Plants. Further cost/asset related calculations are derived/inspired from his work.

Regards to Azeezy last question, the book by Stone and Klaus can be found here for download, its a very good book.
