    i need your help and guidance. i am working for a construction company as safety officer. i am the only person in there handling all HSE issues..
    i do have work experience in this field but have never run a department.

    i would appreciate ur kind help if u could guide me in runing the hse department sucessfully.. what should i be doing etc..
