Thanks Freind,
This small program is part of Piping System Fluid Flow software and is based on the article "Updating the Rules For Pipe Sizing" which I have attached herewith for record and reference. All the constants for generaux equation are given in the article based on different yearly costs.

Mamoon

In continuation to my previous message I would like to emphasize that there are many approaches to reach an economic pipeline size, I am once again attaching a file for another approach towards finding economic pipe size.

Dear Muhammad Khurram,
My membership with the community is very recent. I almost log-in daily to see the technological advancement in Chemical Engineering softwares. I have come across lots of inputs from you as a contrubution to this benovalent community. Kindly accept my gratitude and appreciation for making this web site more educative, meaningful. Though I am Mechanical Engineer by profession, my inkling towards Process Simulation has increased considerably for the last couple of months, after becoming a member of this Petrolium Community. Thanks once again for your contributions.

Software does consider the the density and viscocity of the fluid which need to be input by the user.
