Cathodic protection of above ground storage tanks

required current density for tank bottom protection is increased when tank fluid temp. is increased.
for example 20mA/m2 is required at 30 degree centigrade.(bare steel)
and for each 10 degree centigrade increasing we need 25% additional current.
we need to know that above derating is applicable to what temperature as upper limit?
