    Accessing APED databases in Hysys 7.2

    I use Win 7 ultimate guest account to open hysys and got the following message

    [This link Point to another website Only registered and activated users can see links.]
    but with administrator access it is fine....
    any solution how to add guest account to accessible list

    you can fix this problem by opening database testor in Aspen properties
    or change database selector in the same.

    You can remove SQL server and restart your computer and reinstall again but attention choose the MIXED....during installing.

    I have fixed mine with the same problem. Use Aspen Database Configuration Tester to check your sql server settings. what you need to do is make a database and link aspen to it. Use Aspen Properties Database Manager to link your database server... always check with Aspen Database Config tester until it says OK and successful.
    Im using windows 7 ultimate and all aspen apps are perfectly running...
