about aspen plus run simultion

i have following problem with aspen plus while simulation run or while plotting

ACCOUNT-INFO PARAGRAPH MUST BE SUPPLIED

ERROR SEVERITY LEVEL OF 0 IS <= ABORT LEVEL OF 0 *
* EXECUTION IS TERMINATED: SIMULATION WILL NOT BE EXECUTED

2. what is control panel message level, how can i set it as 0

Just try and see if it works :

Goto DATA - SETUP

Once Setup specifications Data Browser opens, goto ACCOUNTING tab.

In the USER NAME field, type the name of the USERID with which you logged on to your computer. Then run the simulation.
