    One RTD with two Transmitters

    Dear all
    I want to attach one RTD (which is built in motor winding) with two transmitters/ Modules. Please help me in this regard.

    Hello boss! i am subhash, new to this forum.

    Solutions to ur problem

    1) If u use dual RTD, u can find two sets of connectors for connecting the transmitters. U can connect two transmitters to them and use it.

    2) U can use a signal divider b/w the RTD and the two RTDs. But, it is not reliable.

    Dear all,
    Better you use one transmitter with two indicator or with current converter ( one input 4 ~ 20 ma with 2 output 4 ~ 20 ma ).

    use duplex rtd. connect two 3 rtd triad cable to 2 different transmitter.
